I cannot add another item

You are at your plan's tracked-item limit (Free 3, Pro 25, Growth 150). Items you already track keep running. Stop tracking one to free a slot, or choose a larger plan once plans are available.

A source says Source unavailable

FactLatch could not fetch the page. Open the source in your browser. If it loads, the problem is usually temporary and the next check can succeed. If the address moved, track the fact again with the new address.

A source says Source can't be read

The page loaded but has no readable text for FactLatch, for example content drawn only by scripts or behind a login. FactLatch will not guess. Pick a source page that states the value in its text.

My confirmation email did not arrive

Check spam. Opening the link in the same browser signs you in; opened elsewhere, sign in with the email and password you chose.

The WordPress plugin shows a problem

Open Settings, FactLatch in WordPress. A message there names the problem (for example that FactLatch removed the connection, or that the site could not be reached). Reconnect with a new code if the connection was removed.
