Source Health
Whether a source can be read, which is not the same as whether your fact is right.
Source Health describes the source, never your fact. It is on Home and under Tracked items, in the Sources view.
- Healthy: the latest check read the page.
- Awaiting first check: the source has not been checked yet. Nothing has been found wrong.
- Source unavailable: the page could not be fetched, for example a timeout or a server error. A later check can succeed.
- Source can't be read: the page loaded but holds no readable content for FactLatch.
A changed value, missing evidence or a fact that needs review does not make a source unhealthy. Those are questions about the fact and are answered in Review. A healthy source can hold a fact that needs review.
For each source you can see which tracked items depend on it, when it was last checked and open the source, the fact or the Review item. Sources are checked on a schedule; there is no manual check button.
